We work closely with clients, administrators and securities intermediaries to insure timely payment of all premiums and track all payment dates and wire confirmations, where applicable.

We verify payment receipt , proper application of funds, updated policy values and policy information through recorded calls with carriers shortly after each payment date. The status of each insured is monitored through multiple databases, methods and channels to ensure timely detection of material events. Lyric maintains ongoing contact with insureds and their families, identifying maturities expeditiously.

Lyrics’s team handles all policy claims swiftly, efficiently and respectfully. Clients are notified immediately and our team will quickly obtain and complete all necessary documentation for the policy owner, and manage the claim process until completion.
